FIRST FLOOR.
1 bedroom with double bed, A / C. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, A / C.
The single beds cannot be joined as a double bed.
1 bathroom with shower / W.C. Lobby leading to both rooms, bathroom and to studio.

1 SUITE.
Double bed. 2 arm chairs. Coffee table. Communicating bathroom / tub / W.C. Ceiling fan. A / C.
Fully equipped kitchenette. Microwave [no stove]. Gas cooker. T.V.local / Telephone.

ACCOMODATION.

The house hosts 6 adults, two must use separate beds.


Baby cot available on request.

THE SERVICES.

The maid shall be in attendance Monday to Saturday 9 a.m to 1 p.m. She does the cleaning, washing and ironing of the house linen [washing of guest clothes included, ironing excluded]. She will prepare lunch or dinner in advance. She does not work sundays and public holidays.
Her instructions from the owner are NOT to run errands for guests. Kindly refrain from asking her to do so. However the owner offers to supply personally your start-up groceries at cost and to have your first lunch prepared on your arrival.

We will be pleased to organise your airport transfers and to arrange your car hire.

Babysitting available subject to supplement.

The services of the maid are included. As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to her would be welcomed on departure.

There is a free telephone for local calls and for receiving international calls. For outgoing international calls use a prepaid card, witch you find in Mahebourg.

EXTRAS.

Fishing Boat :- local traditional fishing boat belonging to owner for rent [with boatman] subject to reservation. One free lagoon trip during your stay as long as it is a minimum of 6 days, weather permitting.

VILLA FARNIENTE :-

the owner also possesses VILLA FARNIENTE in the north of the island.You may elect to split your stay between the two properties at published rates subject to availability and firm booking.

THE AREA :-

the waterfront in MAHEBOURG offers a superb promenade but poor swimming. The very best beach in MAURITIUS and the most spectacular lagoon of POINTE d’ESNY is 2.5 kilometers away. Excellent swimming.

The south-east trade winds blowing to shore permits safe and exiting surf-kiting. Bring your own gear.

BLUE BAY marine park is 5 kilometers away.

FERNEY nature reserve and its nature trails is within 15 minutes drive.
Many inexpensive restaurants offering sea food and local dishes are in the immediate vicinity.
Colourful flea market every Monday.

The house will suit those who want an out of ordinary holiday and who are prepared to live a creole village life close to the people of MAURITIUS!
