VILLA FARNIENTE is freshly renovated and covers 130 square meters.
A dedicated and meticulous housekeeper AND a good cook will be present Monday to Saturday mornings to see to your comfort.

The owner offers you to spend 1-3 nights in the house “LES TROULOULOUS” in the south east of the island subject to availability on arrival and at no extra costs.

You may also select to split your holidays between VILLA FARNIENTE and LES TROULOULOUS at published rates and subject to firm booking.

Ground Floor: - kitchen with stainless steel professional equipment, living/dining room, terrace leading to the garden, barbecue area , stainless steel professional barbecue with rotating grills. Parking behind.

First Floor: -1 bedroom facing the garden with twin beds, A/C and balcony.
-1 bedroom facing the mountains with twin beds, A/C .
-1 bathroom with shower/W.C.
Twin beds can be joined together as single beds.

Second Floor: - 1 bedroom, facing the garden with one double bed, A/C and balcony.
-1 adjoining bathroom with shower/ W.C.
-1 terrace.

The meticulous housekeeper works from Monday to Saturday 9.30 a.m to 13.30 p.m.
The cook ALSO attends the same hours and she will prepare your lunch at mid-day or your dinner in advance.
Both do not work on public holidays.
The cook is available to accompany you and assist you in buying your groceries and local fruits and vegetables.
In accordance with the owner’s INSTRUCTIONS neither the housekeeper nor the maid will do your purchases themselves. We kindly request that you refrain to ask them to do so.
Their service is included in the price. As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to them would be welcomed on departure.

A.D.S.L INTERNET is free. Bring your own laptop.

There is a free telephone for local calls and for receiving international calls. For outgoing international calls use a prepaid card or hook-up your laptop to SKYPE.

Not far from VILLA FARNIENTE you will find a diving-center. Water sports facilities such as windsurfing, water-skiing, deep-sea fishing and parasailing, are easily available in GRAND-BAIE.

You can reach the golf course of TROU-AUX-BICHES by car in 15 minutes.

Tennis is also available at CASUARINA hotel in TROU-AUX-BICHES. Otherwise 7 courts are accessible day/evenings at TENNIS-DU-NORD in LABOURDONNAIS less than 30 minutes away.
