The 270 square meter villa La Playa is a luxurious 4 bedroom private beach villa situated in Grand-Baie in the north of the island.

Its main attraction is its direct accessibility to a top lagoon and beach where there is no danger for kids to swim and snorkel + its proximity to a 4 star hotel is a plus.

Its direct road access to grand baie village makes life easy for shopping, restaurants, massages and casinos.

Sunset overlooking the bay is unique to this paradise spot.

The Villa La Playa offers high class standart with services of a housemaid/cook who does the laundry and cleaning, washing up, bedding 6 day/ week.

When desired she prepares specialities of the island. Her services are included in the price.

Babysitting is also available (not included).

Ground floor:
Big terrace, Living- and Dining room. Kitchen, laundry, toilets. A/C., bathroom, toilet.

First floor:
4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 balconies, A/C and 3 bathrooms/ 2 toilets.

You have direct access to the sea with a private beach, where you can be fetched by boat.

From there you can enjoy long walks on the beach.

The white infinite beaches are one of the famous attractions of Mauritius.

Here you can enjoy many sport activities.

Golf players can also enjoy the Trou aux Biches hotel golf course 15 minutes drive away.
