The house has 230 m², is furnished in a fresh, modern style with a quiet terrace. It has 2 bedrooms for adultes, 1 bedroom for children only or 1 adult.
The house has an extra room in the basement that can be used without extra cost. It is a big room with small windows and no view, with A/c and its own shower/wc .
A Housekeeper comes from monday to saturday. She does the laundry, ironing, cleaning, washing up, bedding and cooking (lunch only and if not to much cleaning cet). NO EXTRA COST !
Babysitting and cook for extra hours available (not included).
You have direct access to the sea with a private jetty, where you can be fetched by boat to go to the famous Ile aux Cerf. The white infinite beaches are one of the famous attractions of Mauritius. Here you can enjoy many sport activities.
In front of the villa, you’ll find one of the most beautiful snorkeling aeras of the island.
The Beach is 500m away and within walking distance. The pool is shared with 4 housing units.
First shopping is possible at 2 minutes walk.
Restaurants are in the Village, from there you can enjoy long walks on the beach.

The Villa Le Duplex is located in the east of the island, 45 minutes from the airport, only 5 min. from the charming village of Trou d'eau douce and directly on the seaside.
