You can cancel your booking free of charge at any time before your arrival day and will receive a full refund.

From the arrival day onwards, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund is given.

In the event that VillasPrivate needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
