Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, we offer a full refund minus a 5% administration fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.

In the event that VillasPrivate needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
